The video, recorded by Dembele in the course of Barcelona’s pre-time tour of Japan forward of the 2019-20 year, was leaked on social media and showed both equally players laughing at a team of resort personnel who had been doing the job to correct a television.
“It all took spot in Japan. It could’ve taken location anyplace on the earth and I would’ve used the very same expression,” Dembele wrote on Instagram on Monday.
“I was as a result not targeting any neighborhood. I just took place to use this form of expression with my close friends no matter of their origins.
“This movie has due to the fact been manufactured general public. I respect as a result that it could’ve hurt the individuals existing in these illustrations or photos. Since of this, I would like to sincerely apologise to them.”
Griezmann stated he was “fully from all varieties of discrimination”.

The pair not long ago featured for France at Euro 2020, the place the world champions have been knocked out by Switzerland in the round of 16 following a shootout.
